Shipping Rates

Shipping rate are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the weight of the item and the delivery location.

Lagos

  • Items are shipped within 2 – 3 business days after order is confirmed.
  • Free shipping on orders of five items and above.

Nigeria

  • Items are shipped within 3 – 5 business days after order is confirmed.
  • Free shipping on orders of eight items and above.

United States and Canada

  • We have a processing time of 3 – 5 business days after order has been confirmed.
  • Economy shipping option delivery takes about 10 – 15 business days.
  • Express shipping option takes about 3 – 5 business days.ย About 5 – 8 business days for delivery to California.

United Kingdom

  • We have a processing time of 3 – 5 business days after order has been confirmed.ย 
  • Economy shipping option delivery takes about 10 – 15 business days.ย 
  • Express shipping option takes about 3 – 5 days.

Note: We recommend Economy shipping to the United Kingdom. Why? Because all VAT and duties are covered by the logistics company on all items delivered to the United Kingdom. Express shipping on the other hand, the costs of all VATS and duties will be covered by customer on delivery.

International Shipping

  • Allow a processing time of 3 – 5 business days after order has been confirmed.ย 
  • Shipping takes about 3 – 10 business days.

Returns

Our return policy lasts for up to 14 days after delivery date, providing that returned items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all security tags and labels remaining intact.

Shipping

Chocolate Gold will not be responsible for the cost of shipping for returned items. This responsibility will be shouldered by the buyer.

Refunds

Chocolate Gold will offer buyer refunds as soon as returned items are confirmed. We unfortunately do not offer refunds for shipping.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with security tags and labels remaining intact to qualify for refund.

Unclaimed Items

If an item is returned because it was unclaimed, shipping costs will not be refunded. Chocolate Gold is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.

Customs Tax

Buyers are fully responsible for any customs related issues, such as customs taxes. Import duties, value added taxes and so on. Buyers may need to pay these fees depending on the country the item is shipped to.

Exchanges

We will offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item providing that exchanged items are unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all security tags and labels remaining intact.

Buyer can only exchange items within 14 working days after delivery date.
